REFUND / CANCELLATION
We pour a lot of love, care and resources into each retreat, which means we commit to many non-refundable costs in advance. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstance. This includes things like illness, personal emergencies, travel disruption, weather issues or a change of heart.
We understand that life happens, and while we can not process refunds, we are happy to help you try and find someone to take your spot. If you need to cancel, let us know - we will share your place through our channels and waiting list. These retreats tend to fill up, so there is a good chance someone else will be excited to join. Still, we can not promise it will be resold.
LIABILITY
Your well being is really important to us, but we can not take responsibility for any injuries, illnesses, losses or unexpected events during the retreat. We strongly recommend that you get a travel and health insurance that covers medical needs and trip interruptions, just in case.
You are also responsible for your personal belongings and are encouraged to take necessary precautions to safeguard them.
